The formula also features Shatavari extract prepared from the root of Certified Organic Asparagus racemosus plants.

Traditional support for a healthy menstrual cycle.*
Cramp Care™ features Cramp Bark prepared from the bark of responsibly wildcrafted Viburnum opulus trees in Kentucky. The bark is hand-harvested in the spring or fall, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted. It also features Jamaica Dogwood, prepared from the root bark of Piscidia piscipula trees that are responsibly wildcrafted in their natural habitat in Jamaica.

PMS Comfort™
Provides comfort during premenstrual syndrome.*
PMS Comfort™ features Chaste Tree prepared from the ripe berry of Certified Organic Vitex agnus-castus trees. This herb is often referred to as Vitex. The formula also features Dong Quai prepared from the root without rootlets of Angelica sinensis plants.
